Our own mold and tool construction makes us highly flexible. We can thus create the constructed tools and moulds quickly and efficiently and test the first injection mold samples within a very short period of time.
Highly trained tool mechanics and mold constructors with a great deal of experience work in our mould construction area.
We have all the relevant production technologies available in our mold construction area:
- 3D milling machines
- Drills
- Wire erosion
- Countersink erosion
- Grinding
- Laser welding
Our injection molding production across 22 injection molding machines takes place under controlled process conditions.
We also inject your product under class 8 cleanroom conditions on request.

We further process many of our injection moulding items in our own assembly department in accordance with customer’s requirements.
